Return Eligibility:
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, customized items, and earrings purchased as part of a combo/gift box are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or any special schemes are also not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Visit our return link and submit a return request.
- We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup from the original delivery address.
- Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all items are included.
- Attach the return label provided.
- Hand over the package to the delivery partner.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 days.
- You’ll receive a notification via email.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Cash on delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- You can exchange your item for the same item or any other item from our store within 3 days of delivery.
- Follow the same return process as above.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

- For defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong orders, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel.
