Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Jhumkaz! But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Here’s our easy return and refund policy:

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, customized items, and earrings purchased as part of a combo/gift box are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or any special schemes are also not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Visit our return link and submit a return request.
  2. We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup from the original delivery address.
  3. Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all items are included.
  4. Attach the return label provided.
  5. Hand over the package to the delivery partner.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 days.
  • You’ll receive a notification via email.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Cash on delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • You can exchange your item for the same item or any other item from our store within 3 days of delivery.
  • Follow the same return process as above.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item to you.

Note:

  • For defective, damaged, incomplete, or wrong orders, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel.
